Some KELLYS Bicycle PDF Manuals above the page.
The Kellys bicycle brand was created in Slovakia in 1991 by the Devinek brothers from Piestany, who have only owned a bike rental since 1989.
Due to the huge growth in popularity of bicycles in Europe, they were doing well.
So, in the wake of the rise, they thought about creating their own cycling brand, which today also produces clothes and accessories.
At that time, the bicycle market was small and soon enough Kellys managed to become the main bicycle brand in Slovakia.
However, the journey from rental to its own bike brand was not easy - the first bicycles with the Kellys logo appeared only in 1994.
It is not easy to imagine that a small team was able to produce about 2,000,000 bicycles in 20 years, but it is.
The brothers chose a technological approach: complex components (brakes, shifters, bushings, frames) were purchased in Taiwan, rims, pedals, seat posts, handlebars and other parts - in Eastern Europe, and the final assembly was carried out in Slovakia in the suburb of the small town of Pieštany (Slovakia).
The company showed excellent financial results, so much so that a large American corporation American Cycle Source Group, which owns such brands as Kawasaki, Nascar, Polaris, became interested in it.
So the deal was done. ACSG bought Kellys, giving the latter the opportunity to expand its bicycle dealer network throughout Europe and even the United States.
So the company became one of the best brands in Europe, firmly entrenched in the European market and is now sold in more than 30 countries.
These are the Czech Republic, bicycle Germany, beautiful France, Ukraine, Russia, as well as Spain, Sweden, Moldova, Belarus, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and others.
